How A Deep Frac Works:

This form of laser skin tightening produces younger looking skin and boosts collagen production. It is a cutting-edge technique for improving the appearance of your skin, and our Fotona just happens to be the industry’s most advanced high-performance aesthetic laser!

We use both the Nd:YAG beam and the Er:YAG beam in our Deep Frac laser treatments,

The Nd:YAG beam conditions the skin with deep dermal heating and the Er:YAG beam gently removes the old skin with precise micro-ablated channels. After this, the skin is ablated with a light peeling beam that removes superficial imperfections.

What to Expect:

Your appointment will be 2 hours in length. Prior to the laser treatment we apply a topical numbing agent as a comfort measure.

Results Patients See:

Patients who are concerned about wrinkles, fine lines, acne scars, and irregular skin texture will see impressive results with this treatment! Our Fotona targets imperfections in the skin while reducing impact on the surrounding healthy tissue.

Recommended Sessions:

Most patients see immediate results, with improvements in tone, texture, and tightness that begin to show a few weeks after the first treatment. Depending on your skin type, goals, and concerns, we typically recommend anywhere from 1 to 3 treatments to achieve desired results.

Possible Downtime:

Patients should expect 5 days of downtime. Redness that resembles a sunburn will occur. We recommend using a cold vinegar compress that can be applied for comfort, and after 36 hours your redness will start to subside, and cells with start to peel and slough off.

Post Treatment Care:

Avoid sun exposure and make-up for 48 hours after treatment.

Cleanse with gentle cleanser, and avoid retinol and medicatied lotions for the first 48 hours. Use a barrier such as Aquaphor. Keep the treatment area hydrated and protected!
